workharmony offers full time permanent search on a contingent basis. We will lead, support or drive your recruiting efforts and guarantee the placement for a full year.

Deborah has a bench strength in advertising (digital, mass, shopper marketing) having worked at agencies like Ogilvy, FCB, and Due North Communications. Deborah led one of the largest agency reviews for Canadian Tire and was part of the team to award TAXI the business, changing the landscape of the agency and revitalizing an iconic retail brand.
